These Terms of Use («Terms») govern your access to and use of the website mobilius.ae (the «Site»), operated by MOBILIUS MOBILE AND ACCESSORIES TRADING L.L.C. — a Limited Liability Company (Single Owner) holding Commercial Licence No. 1109810 issued by the Department of Economy and Tourism, Government of Dubai, registered at Office 4, Building 57D, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates («MOBILIUS», «we», «us»). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Informational purpose — no binding offer

The Site presents our merchandising, production, print-on-demand and distribution services for business customers. All content is provided for general information only. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer, a guarantee of price, capacity, lead time or availability, or professional advice. Figures and capabilities shown on the Site are indicative of our group's overall operations and may change. Any actual order is subject to a separate written agreement or confirmed quotation.

The Site and its content — texts, layout, graphics, logos and photographs — are owned by MOBILIUS or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may view and print pages for your internal business use; any other reproduction, distribution or modification requires our prior written consent.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
