This Privacy Policy describes how MOBILIUS MOBILE AND ACCESSORIES TRADING L.L.C. («MOBILIUS», «we», «us»), operator of mobilius.ae, handles information when you visit this website or contact us.

Who we are

MOBILIUS is licensed on the Dubai mainland, so the processing of personal data described below is governed by the federal law of the United Arab Emirates.

This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no advertising or social-media trackers. We do use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they read.

Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless: it stores nothing on your device and does not follow you across other websites. It reports aggregate figures only — page address, referring site, country, browser and device type, and page-load timings. It is never used for advertising or profiling. Where the GDPR applies, we rely on our legitimate interest in understanding and improving our website (Article 6(1)(f)).

Our CDN may also set strictly necessary security cookies (for example, bot protection) that cannot be switched off and store no marketing data.

Because nothing is stored on or read from your device and no cross-site profile is built, no consent banner is required and there is no behavioural advertising for «Do Not Track» signals to act upon.

We process personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL). Where the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to visitors from those regions, our legal bases are: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b)), our legitimate interest in running and protecting the business (Art. 6(1)(f)) and, where requested, your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
